Jack Hager has been involved in Bible quizzing since 1977 when he was a student at Christ Unlimited Bible Institute in Kansas City. He served with Kansas City Youth For Christ (1978-1984); Headwaters Christian Youth,  Rhinelander, Wi (1984-1987); Family Life Network, Bath, NY (1987-2008); and joined the staff of Midland Ministries, Saint Joseph, Mo in 2008 where he continues to serve.

The Bible Quiz Fellowship is a loose-knit group of ministries and churches across America united in a love for the Living Word of God as well as the written Word of God. Each year in late April an annual tournament is held, each hosted by one of the participating ministries. Past Nationals sites include Kansas City, Mo; Pittsburgh, Pa; Denver, Co; Indianapolis, In; Minneapolis, Mn and other locations.

This blog serves as a gathering place (a “campfire,” if you will) for quizzers, coaches, table officials, staff members, and others to discuss, debate (in a respectful way), and exchange ideas concerning all aspects of Bible quizzing.
